Everyone needs a different kind of help with their training or racing. We can help you achieve your goals in a number of different ways.

Coaching: (per month)
For the athlete who wants it all. Choose the level of involvement and commitment that's right for you. Each plan is fully customized for the athlete. Workouts, scheduling, encouragement, race analysis... your success is my goal. If you are not sure of which service is best for you. Contact me and I can help you decide which service will fit you best. Each service includes an initial consultation at no additional charge. First and last months' payment due at beginning of training,  but no setup fees.

Lauren Coaching $220

Mat Coaching $320

Advanced Pacing and Equipment analysis for goal (A/B) races
Occasional personal training sessions with SAT coach

Personal Training: (per session)
  • Personal Session - Just like the gym, we meet, we ride, we work on technique, skills, specific workouts, whatever the athlete needs. $30/hr + $20/add'l hr.
  • Group Session - Team training session? Trying to build team cohesion? Can't get that lead out quite right? Work on team tactics? Can be team or coach directed. $40 session + $5/rider/hr.
  • Motor Pacing - Sessions behind the motor simulate the speed of racing. TT sessions, jumps, intervals, anything you want to do or I can provide a workout. I can also monitor the session with power if the athlete has an ANT+ power meter. $30/hr + $20/add'l hr Add $5/hr for add'l riders.
